I really love steel cut oatmeal. Some of my favorite toppings are green apples, walnuts, almonds and chia seeds. My oatmeal usually contains cinnamon, ginger and raw sugar or agave. Other times, I’ll add fresh berries, nuts and agave. Mashing a ripe banana into the oatmeal instead of using additional sweeter is also delicious.
I don’t have an introspective monologue this time . . . I just really love oatmeal.
