Balsamic Vinaigrette

Let me start this off by formally apologizing to Dii! I be distracted and forget stuff, like this post I was supposed to finish months ago. I love you and thank you for waiting forever!

Onward and upward, shall we?


Balsamic vinaigrette

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp spicy mustard (not that dijon nonsense)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Add all ingredients to bowl except the olive oil. Slowly drizzle in oil while whisking. OR use your blender. I used my Nutri Ninja and it’s velvety and smooth. It also hasn’t separated in a few days.

Boom! Balsamic vinaigrette that tastes better than anything you could ever buy in a store.

  • Sautéed onions and peppers
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Walnuts
  • Dried Cranberries
  • Balsamic vinaigrette
